Our Policy

Patch Tests
We do require a patch test ahead of your first colour service. We will also require a patch test if it has been more than 1 year since your last colour service with us. This must be applied 48 hours before your appointment and worn into the salon on the day for us to check before starting your appointment. You can collect a patch test from us, or we can post one to out to you.

Lateness
If you think you might be late for your appointment please let us know. More than a 10 minute delay may result in our having to reschedule your service.

Cancellations
Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice. We may require a 50% deposit to secure your next booking if this notice is not provided.
