In order to book an appointment for any colour service with Myla and Davis we require that you complete a ColourStart passport. Once you have completed the ColourStart Passport and screening form and have shared the results with us you can purchase your allergy test. Choose whether to receive your test by post or collect in-salon.
Once you have your allergy test you must apply according to the instructions on the packet no later than 5 days before your appointment. If no reaction occurs your appointment can go ahead as planned.
